I’m the Director of Operations at a creative agency that primarily serves large retail brands. I'm most successful and fulfilled when empowering the people around me. I use superb relationship management skills, my instinct for long-range strategic thinking, and my passion for continuous improvement to lead while keeping people, mission, and heart top of mind.

Nearly equal parts San Diegan and Bostonian. Believer in the power of words. Traveler, but also a believer in finding the wonderful that’s right in front of me. Food adventurer, but also a lover of comfort food and what that means to each person on an individual level. Night owl who loves the quiet peace of early mornings (it's tough).
